Get Fit With These 5 YouTube Channels | Fearfully Fashioned #health #fitness #YouTube #FearfullyFashioned

April is halfway over, and how many of us have already promised that we would recommit to exercising about three times already since New Year’s Resolutions time? Well, with summer peaking its head around the corner, there is still time to get summer time fine with your perfect body. The good news is that you don’t need an expensive gym membership to do it! You can get the same, amazing results from the comfort of your home.

For some of us, we are still trying to work up the confidence to workout in public. Others of us may be looking to save a few coins rather than spend half our paycheck on the gym. The great thing about at home workouts is that they are private, free, and customizable. You can totally save money and get healthy from within your four walls with at home YouTube workouts.

YouTube isn’t just for watching the latest music video, beauty tutorial, or hilarious, viral video. YouTube has thousands of free workouts that will get you in shape. From cardio, pilates, yoga, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), the options are endless with that search button. To narrow down your search, I’ve came up with a list of my top 5 favorite fitness YouTube channels.

Filming in Southern California (primarily on the beach), they inspire and encourage thousands of women through their tight knit TIU community. They’ve been featured in Shape Magazine, Women’s Health, Self Magazine, and they even had their own reality show on Bravo TV. Highly known for their Bikini Series, you can be sure that their fine toning workouts will you get you ready for your perfect summer.

I call Cassy Ho, my little Asian abs demon! If you’re looking to get a tight stomach, she will kill your abs for sure. She takes on pilates with a cardio twist with her POP Pilates workouts. These fun workouts are paired with your favorite top 40 pop tunes. With over 3 million subscribers, she has the #1 fitness channel for women on YouTube. She’s been featured on Dr. Oz, the Steve Harvey Show, just to name a few, and has recently graced the cover of Health Magazine. What I love about Cassy, the most is that she’s very body positive and encourages women that the “perfect” body is their own.

These vibrant trainers combine HIIT training with crossfit and yoga for a super impactful and effective workout. Their widely popular workout series shows you how to train like a Victoria’s Secret Model. You can combine these videos together to create a full-length workout routine.

Now that you have all the goods, there is no excuse for you not to get in shape. It’s up to you to be intentional and create a routine that you can stick to. You have to be committed, especially when you are working out alone. If you find that you need the added push and encouragement, find a workout accountability partner that you can do your YouTube workouts with. The bottom line is that you have to be intentionally invested in your health to see your desired results.
