Seven Faith-Based Personal & Spiritual Development Podcasts for Goal-Oriented & Purpose-Driven Women
These days, I hardly listen to music. I have entered into a stage of life where I want to be constantly in a state of flourishing, meaning that I want nothing more than to be in a state of constant growth. Personal and spiritual growth is woven into every fiber of my being, hence why my personal motto is to "always be growing and in pursuit of purpose." It is that mindset that allows me to fashion my life.
But can I tell you something? It's not always easy to be in that state of mind. Some days I will wake up and it seems like all the energy and motivation is zapped out of me. It's almost like someone has taken a taser to my mind and rendered me from all motivation and capability to work on my God-given goals and pursue my purpose. Previously, I would turn to music to remedy my mindset, but I have found music to be an ineffective motivational tool. I don't need to feel good. I need incitement, a verbal kick in the butt, if you will. That is what podcasts do for me; they encourage me, motivate me, and incite me to action.
As a goal-oriented and purpose-driven woman, you won't always be motivated. There will be many times when the devil is pulling out every tactic to discourage you. He will plant seeds of fear, doubt, comparison, and inadequacy to the point where it will produce procrastination and will leave you completely unmotivated. That is why it's your job to work overtime to develop yourself personally and spiritually. The reason why I can stay motivated is because I'm very intentional about what I feed my mind. I know what I consume influences what and how I produce. The reality is: what you input begets your output. That is why I always listen to podcasts. Podcasts are great for intentional learning, inspiration, encouragement, and motivation. I know that it can become difficult on this faith walk when you are pursuing your God-given goals and purpose. Therefore, I put together a list of faith-based personal and spiritual development podcasts that will help you pursue your God-given goals and purpose.
